VCX is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our code analysis service.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: Email, name (optional), OAuth provider data (GitHub, Google).

Code Analysis Data: Your code is analyzed in ephemeral containers. We do NOT permanently store your source code. Only analysis results and metadata are retained.

Usage Data: Pages visited, browser type, IP address (country level only).

3. How We Use Your Information

Provide and improve our code analysis services
Process payments and manage subscriptions
Send important service updates
Respond to support requests

4. Data Security

We implement encryption at rest and in transit, strict access controls, and regular security audits. Code analysis runs in isolated containers that are destroyed immediately after processing.

5. Data Retention

Analysis results are retained for 90 days by default. You can delete your data at any time from your account settings. Account data is deleted within 30 days of account closure.
